I have paid in advance to run security cameras through this company going through the wifi and onto my iPhone.Two out of four cameras are offline and the other two are working and have tried a lot of trouble shooting without any success.They also said that they changed there company name but tried to download the new company name without any success.They also said that the old company name still should work until the funds are due to run out by 2027 because this is how much I have paid in advance to run the 4 security cameras.Not having much luck with this and having trouble understanding why?

I have always done what everyone else wants je yo do but anything I want to do people often believe it to be a problem but don’t understand why?When people don’t get ttere own way with me just turn around and behave like this and don’t know why?Why do you want what I want?
If yiiot can’t solve this problem then yiiot is not a good company to go through for failing to provide a reliable security and customer service.
It was recommended to delete the cameras and try installing them again and ever since this happened the problem h as been there ever since.
Why won’t yiiot or Temu get the message to stop doing shonky deeds in there business like this?What can he done to stop these unfair trade practices in the businesses?And why does tge customer have to continuously have to put up with these problems because the company will not do the right things by the customer?
