Terrible customer service, deceptive sign up terms and conditions. Beware of unclear auto renewal information.

I was on a free month trial in 2024, since then I have cancelled my subscription after the first month only to be billed $62.25 which I don’t understand due to the subscription cost is $39.95. of being charged for a subscription that I cancelled within the first month of my free subscription but no it wasn’t. I logged into my bank account to pay some day to day bills only to find out that somehow they have accessed my new bank account and for the last 2 months have taken $62.25 each month. I have contacted my bank institution and they are looking into this matter which hopefully will stop this from happening to other people.

I tried to cancel but couldn’t even log in to the app. No response from the request I sent thru “contact us”. Was charged directly to my card and NOT thru the App Store like all other app subscriptions. In my experience this seems like a scam.

The app was useless as you don’t have time in between poses to actually do the exercise. I also got stung for a subscription that I had no idea I signed up for it. I paid for a trial however they charged over $60aud for the following month. Would not refund even though I cancelled hours after i received the email. Offered me 12 months free instead of a refund. If that app was any good I would have accepted it. Don’t waste your money

The variety of exercise classes offered in this program are vast and structured to fit your own fitness level, preferences and time constraints. Bear in mind that this is a subscription based program and is quite expensive after the trial period. If you don't cancel before the due date, you certainly will be charged the full cost of the product on the renewal date and you probably will not be able to get a refund.

Unethical and money grabbing – I find this company to be totally unethical. Given that they are providing a yoga service, they are not in keeping with the expected values that typically align with the yoga world. account. In that email, it states they need 24th notice to cancel, but clearly this was not the case as the money was out before the email sent. Their lack of empathy and sanctimonious emails were a true testament to the money orientated nature of this organisation. Steer clear if I were you.
