Been part of YouGov for several years, but after they recently changed login process to include verification code (with no other verification/password options), I never receive login "code" on email. Sent dozens of email, promised it would be fixed after complaint on TrustPilot, but all just lip service and nothing done - whilst they sit on about $70 worth of completed survey money. I can start new user using same email, I get codes for that, but then says email already used.... so codes can get through to email..... suspect account blocked for some reason ?
YouGov have not paid several bank deposit redemptions I am a long-term, very active user of YouGov that feels really let down by them. They've simply stopped paying bank deposit redemptions. I've emailed YouGov twice chasing a resolution over the last few weeks. Get an Auto email reply, then... silence. Nothing happens. Now, they continue sending me surveys, which I have no real incentive to complete, knowing that rewards will not be honoured by YouGov.
The Issue: I redeemed 5,000 points for $20 rewards via bank deposit on the following three dates: 15 August, 5 September, and 30 September. The confirmation email from YouGov was received, but no deposit was made into my bank account.
I have used this exact method before to the same bank account (no changes), such as on 21 June, and received the $20 within 1 day. Before that, have withdrawn successfully multiple times.
Why has YouGov not deposited the 3 x $20 into my bank account yet? What is the reason for the delay?
Ive asked them to either deposit the $60 as soon as possible into my bank account.... or, if it's easier for them, to just credit me back my 15,000 points (i.e. 5,000 points x 3 redeems) into my YouGov account so I can redeem via a different way. Still waiting for their reply....
These guys were great for many many years until quite recently the password stopped working and they no longer respond to support queries, tried several times and followed up on each with nothing in response
Poor service. I was doing survey but after sometime they didn’t send me login code and didn’t pay my bonus. Really disappointed as they didn’t answer my emails. Never trust YouGov.
