Not only this is a subpar service, I'm pretty sure one of their employees who had a argument with me sold or gave away my network details to malicious actors who hacked my IP cameras, laptops and mobile devices. Please stay clear of this company and it's products

Second, the streaming quality is extremely poor. Even with a strong, stable high-speed internet connection, channels suffer from constant buffering, freezing, and delayed programming. Live content often lags behind real-time, making it frustrating and unreliable—especially for news and live events.

Third, customer service is unhelpful and slow. Issues are either ignored or met with generic responses that do not resolve the problem. There is no clear accountability, and follow-ups rarely lead to a solution.

Overall, YuppTV is overpriced for the quality it delivers. Between misleading channel listings, unreliable streaming, and poor customer support, I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for dependable live TV or international channels.

They are scammers, don’t subscribe it – They renewed the subscription without consent then cancelled it after I objected, however no refund was made. So I lost a years subscription money that I didn't even renew. Moreover, the app sucks and there is no cancellation link.

Repeated add blocks the program – Their ads( Remitly) always block the program and repeat the same ad multiple times. We are also unable to watch the program because their ads air right after it starts. It's quite disappointing

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY – Worst service ever, catch up doesn't work, and is location blocked,terrible video clarity, not upfront and honest about services which are available, won't give you a refund either, scamsters , just stay away and save your money,it's like you've been sold a bicycle for the price of car. Yupp tv is now a big scam , they will call you to take your money and then they will disappear – Scammers, deducted annual fees and then the subscription never got activated. There contact centre number is useless, no one ever responded. I am based in Sydney.

False marketing & no delivery of service as promised – After renewing their subscription in 2023, within month Zee Tamil services stopped. They were telling all sort of reasons but it's gone. Greedy people. They don’t respect privacy lasws – YuppTV has increased their subscription by 30%. In addition to this they have introduced local advertising. Greedy! Yupp Tv refund and Customer Service – Once they have your money they never replied to any of your queries! Their channels are just not interesting and full of advert! Their apps keep having errors issues and they never replied to you! They are not genuine and are scammers ! Be mindful before paying anything to them as you will not get your money back they do not do refunds or partial refunds! What a waste of money and frustration!

Terrible service and not worth the subscription – The service is terrible. They now started playing ads when we play each channel which adds more to the existing pain. YuppTv will provide customers attractive annual subscription deals to provoke them to subscribe and from day 2 , they would never care to address any issues. They would again contact the customers at the end of subscription with an other attractive deal. Please don’t waste your time and money with these scammers.

Horrible – Worst service ever... Wanted to give negative rating if possible, specially for bengali channels, mist are rubbish and dies not work... You can't watch any movies, need to pay more,and no cancellation even next day....it feels like a scam, don't buy it.

Frauds, credit card thieves – AN absolutely disgraceful , fraud organisation. They have stolen money from my bank account twice just because I gave them my credit card once when I signed up. . No response on why they have deducted 400 dollars from my account, not once but twice, under the false pretext of renewing. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, lease dont give them your credit card number.

Scammers – Absolute scam. After many emails from them I replied and asked them to stop emailing me. Immediately I see a charge for $219 on my account. These people are scammers and I will be reporting them to government agencies in all countries they operate in. I have warned my friends and family to never use or engage with these scammers.

Worst experience – Do not recommend at all ... don't waste your money like I did .. they sound sweet in the beggining and they lock you in for a year and nothing every works ... would give negative rating if I could.

Fraudulent company – No phone contacts. Emails not responded. Very prompt to get a call for renewal of subscription. Thereafter, no service. Taken money with subscription for reception on two devices but only one is activated. Unable to contact Support by email or phone. This is a scam. What a waste of money – Taken the Paid subscription of Yupp tv.Service is very average.Non stop Yupp tv advertisements on top of channel advertisements are really annoying.Only upside is,you can watch it on Multiple devices via App.

scammers [Content Removed] – 2years n still not getting the service they promised when aske for refund it not on a policy channels nor working movies same all the time

Disappointed – We have been subscribing since YuppTV started its service in Australia. Whenever there’s a technical problem it takes them a few weeks to resolve that. Lately, since last 5-6 weeks we are unable to watch ZEE Bangla. I have been calling them or sending them emails with screenshots, but I get the same response that it has been escalated & it’s being looked into. We are thinking of unsubscribing from their services.

Poor service Channels disappearing without notice – We are a regular customer but I will not renew the service from this year. They removed Surya TV without any notice and asking more money to get the channel. They are a dodgy company that's why they are asking more money for what I have already subscribed for a year. Dont Subscribe, they are a rip off.

Worst service – Can't get SunNxt inspite of paying for a full year subscription. They will not refund me the money also or transfer my SunNxt subscription to other channels. Also, paid for Zee TV but, without any advance information they have disconnected it due to their business issues. No refund for services not provided. This Channel is a con. I will not recommend them even to my enemies !!!
