Zempire Deluxe 2 Burner Stove 0150803-002 Questions & Answers
VerifiedMPN: 0150803-002Is there an adaptor available to use propane canister instead of LPG bottle?
We took our brand new Zemoire stove camping last weekend. Despite wiping it down after each use, the stove top appears burnt / stained, which is very disappointing after one weekend away. Can the stainless steel top be removed for more thorough cleaning?
Hi Teresa, The pot stand can be lifted off. The legs of the stove can be removed by pulling them away from the stove and then the top can be removed.
Thanks!- Team Zempire
Can I get a 1.5m hose for my 2 burner stove? If not, can I join 2 hoses?
Hi Dave, The longest hose we supply is a 1.2-meter hose. Would suggest going to a qualified gas fitter to have one made longer. Thanks!- Team Zempire
Hi, tossing up between the Zempire Deluxe Wide and the Zempire Deluxe. Can you tell me what size pots you can fit side by side on the Zempire Delux and what is the length of the gas hose which is supplied? Thanks
I am not sure what size pots we have but can tell you with our big cast iron frypan, we simply unclip one side of the windbreak to make a bit more room and it then fits with our billy next to it. Some time ago when we bought the Zempire it came with a ridiculously short gas hose so we had to buy a new one that was long enough to go from the stove on the table to the gas bottle on the ground. You will need to ask the sales person at one of the camping stores for the current details. However we still think the best feature of the stove is its toaster. We still also use the single el cheapo that uses gas cartridges if we stop on the side of the road for a cuppa or need an extra burner. The standard Zempire and the single burner will fit side by side on our cook box but perhaps not if we had the wide stove. So that suits us, your situation will be unique and hope this info can be of use in your decision making.
How much gas per hour of use on one burner. (I own one just trying to plan the volume of gas to take)
Using 1 burner only, estimated usage should be around 3.8 hours use to every 1 kg of LPG. Thanks!- Team Zempire
Can this be adapted to used with a baynet fitting on a motorhome?
Sorry no, if by bayonet you mean quick connect. They are designed for low pressure stoves. If they were high pressure they could leak. Weber BBQs, Wok Burners and stoves that specify low pressure would be suitable i.e. anything with a regulator between the stove and the gas bottle.
Is the Zempire 2 burner with grill operating on high pressure gas (I notice there is no regulator with the hose)
Yes that’s right, like most light weight portable camp stoves. The gas bottle and hose have no regulator. So far its been reliable and produces a lot of heat for cooking or toasting bread.
