which Zempire immediately stated it wasn't covered by their warranty and stated it would have been my fault without even investigating further or asking for photos and/or inspection. Despite stating multiple times this wasn't misuse but an actual fault in the folding mechanism, Zempire stated it's not covered and they are closing the request. Best yet - no way to speak to their company as they don't list a contact number which is extremely poor customer service which enables them to basically push a poor product, take your money and not stand behind their guarantee.
