you make that payment early of that amount I thought the schedule payment would be cancelled out. But instead stays in place. ☹️ Is there a flick of a switch to change this programming system? This company is ripping consumers off. The strategy it to make due dates at in middle of the month so you’ll be paying fees after fees after fees. Be careful. When contacting them, they’ll listen but not provide solution. Not worth it.

details, Zip Pay automatically switched our interest-free account to charging a massive 25.9% interest per annum!!!

We received no email, no SMS, no warning of any kind. Even after checking spam folders, there was definitely no notification. When we raised this with customer service, they claimed a message was sent, but that simply wasn’t the case.

This wasn’t our first serious problem with Zip Pay. Our account was hacked previously and $2,000 was stolen. It took months for Zip Pay to investigate and return the funds. Their customer service repeatedly promised call-backs and updates that never happened. We lost so much time chasing them just to fix their own security issue.

After years as a customer, we feel punished for something outside our control, offered no transparency, and left to deal with deceptive fees and horrible support.

There are far better and safer options out there — do not trust Zip Pay with your money.

It's still a great way to have extra money in your account as I said before! Over the time I made the last review not much has changed, but I will say you must pay as much as you can! and just rember that the money is still there for you to use!! In some way it's like a saving account, you still can use the money as always. All you do if you need to pay anything that doesn't use zip is use the virtual card and that will make a credit car numbers and and the date and security code for you very easy. (Great work Zip I love it) Zip has helped me alot over the past and I have no reason to make any objections regarding Zip. If i could give 0 stars i would, they are a bunch of theifs you pay what’s on your app then they try taking extra money out saying it was over due but it doesn’t say that on the app, luckily i dont leave money in that bank account cause i dont trust them to take extra money out, they have done it a few times and tryed a few times, please stay away from this company they are a bunch of theifs

I’ve just transferred across to Zip Plus & it’s made life a lot easier. You know yr minimum payment and it’s easier to use the credit card facility. I have a Zip Money account also, however, I’m now paying that down so I just have the zip plus account with a manageable limit. Show reply

I bought a gift card called department but was not able to use it at Kmart. When requesting actual stores all I could be provided with was a category called department so I still don't know where I can use it. Requested a refund denied

this time. Try again in 12 months”. The famous 12 months passed for 11 times! Be aware of payments when are due otherwise they will shut you down forever without giving you a second chance. I have a good credit score and my current credit supplier is extremely happy as I never missed a payment. It was just a temporary hard time 11 years ago and unfortunately they won’t give you a second chance ever! I wouldn’t recommend this company as they filing you in the black list for life

Zip money works wonferfully. They are not too difficult to contact if you wait and they don't have an obfuscating bureaucracy. They always help out on the phone and try and make things clear. I would not have double glazing without them. Will be so warm this winter! Show 2 replies

If I could give a zero-star review, I would. Absolutely useless - the worst ever financial organisation I have ever dealt with. Shocking at communication and hopeless at providing information - when I'm trying to make a payment.

Zip Money has failed to update the minimum payment scheduled which results in the account going into overdue every single payment. Multiple calls and emails have been unable to rectify this issue.

My zip is used to buy from online sites. When I am refunded due to returns by Temu it takes ages for the refund to go back and be counted as my available money on the zip app. I find this unfair and frustrating. Also when I pay the amount owing to zip down say three times a month I don’t see the app showing the available money accurately on my account. I think this is a huge problem. Show details
