⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) My experience with Zoho has been one of the most disappointing business decisions I've made. I purchased three annual Zoho subscriptions after engaging Zoho's recommended implementation partner to migrate my business from MYOB. I relied on the advice that the system would be implemented and ready to use. It never was. After months of wasted time, the implementation failed, leaving my business with thousands of dollars in software subscriptions, implementation costs and professional accounting fees for a system that never became operational.

The implementation partner has agreed to refund part of the implementation fee, but I have still not received that payment. I also requested a refund of my Zoho subscriptions because the system was never successfully implemented, yet I have spent months chasing Zoho for a resolution with little meaningful progress.

For a company of Zoho's size, I expected far better customer service and accountability, particularly when their recommended implementation partner was unable to deliver the project.

If you are considering Zoho, my advice is simple: **do not pay for annual subscriptions until your system is fully implemented and working.** Make sure you have everything in writing, understand exactly who is responsible if the implementation fails, and be prepared for a difficult process if things go wrong.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Zoho.

Zoho CRM, Email and Workplace seems to be a pretty good product however their support is absolute RUBBISH ! Be very aware that if you need support or something fixed you will be very frustrated and waste hours of precious time. They make HEAPS of promises but fail miserably time after time. They are an Indian outfit and their english is poor which just adds to the frustration in having them understand the issue.

I had one of their "senior" people contact me and promised to call at a set time and day in order to fix a MAJOR email issue only for them not to call as promised - didn't even hear from them a week past the set date. A pretty good product let down by woeful support and empty promises!! I will be going back to MS365 once my subscription expires but that in itself takes time and lost productivity as we all know.

If you are thinking of buying anything Zoho, BEWARE !! They say ALOT but deliver zero.
