We had our 2 airconditioners cleaned today by Neeraj Chandra from Fallons. We have had very good service from Fallons for quite a few years now and Neeraj did not disappoint. He arrived promptly and his service was very professional and thorough. He was very nice and explained the quote very well and answered all my questions. They came out to quote, provided an extortionate price (not in the ballpark compared to other contractor quotes) with one number, take it or leave it, no breakdown, together with a lot of slick marketing material for other trades. price quote, and they didn't like being questioned. Okay, every quote is fixed price: that's what makes a quote different to an estimate. Normally, a quote is at least itemised into labor and material, the same way an invoice is. Anyway, I don't plan to do business with this company... anybody who refuses to even detail what hardware they plan to install in your property gives off a very dodgy vibe.

regular bills. Plumber turned up to do a warranty fix on the flush buttons they had fitted in18/8/2023, they were sticking. Fallon brought new Caroma button set which did not fit so cleaned/cleared existing buttons a 15 minute job. Cost $1372.24. The buttons left behind were the Caroma buttons they bought along as back-up. These vultures are unconscionable; they steal from the vulnerable as a mission objective. Do not use them under any circumstance, Fallons will rip you off. We will be contacting Office of Fair Trading about them. There are hundreds of people complaining on this site and probably thousands who have tech. problems making a complaint. Fallon's reviews probably written by them. Proceeding to OFT, ACCC & QBCC. as Fallon communication is a waste of time.

Following an explanation of the work to be done, Aidan left no trace of our 50 year old switchboard when he skillfully and efficiently replaced it. Aided by his apprentice, Nick, he tested the complete power installation and finally stressed the importance of periodic testing of the safety switches. Service was good, but surprised on the high cost to replace a circuit breaker which only took 30 minutes. Charged $372.06 with a $51 dollar discount. Would I use them again, deffently not. Show reply

You should be advised that the company Fallon Solutions charges a fixed price of $230 for the initial check of your appliance for the fault and leaves it only inquired about by the consumers during booking an appointment, no matter how cheap your appliance is. charged me today $230 for the initial check which took about 20 mins. The technician said initially that the drain pump should be replaced and it cost $250 and when asked about the possibility of any fault with the electronic board, the technician said it’s very “unlikely and rare”. After my further description of the symptoms, he changed his statement and said there might be also a fault of the board and the fault was “very common” according to his experience. The contradictory statements the technician made now and then felt like they were treating you like an idi*t. For this bad experience I do not recommend anyone to use this company’s service.

I have tried to call, email, and text multiple times to follow up, but have received no response whatsoever. It appears Fallon is more focused on sales than genuine electrical service or customer care. No I would not recommand this franchise to others, be aware.

install them (expected 5–7 working days from the order date). Parts apparently arrived 31/3/26 and at 3:46PM 1/4/26 FS texted me to make an appointment to install the parts. When I phoned, earliest date was 9/4/26 because as FS put it "unknowingly our tech will be on annual leave until the 9th as well as our booking today was full". Even acknowledging Easter is in the middle, and there was a week to get the parts, 3+ weeks is not reasonable when FS advertises same day attendance. FS has many tradespeople working for it, so one person's "unknowing annual leave" is no excuse. FS is expensive , which I accepted, but I did not accept its unnecessary delys.
Follow-up · The repair was successful though the technician was 90 min late because he had not been told the correct attendance time. The late attendance guarantee of $100 was eventually paid but only after repeated follow ups and delays.

Aso tried to upsell me on my smoke detectors, all the while refusing to do the job they were called out to do. Paid their call-out out to listen to the electrician try to make more money on a small job. Called a second provider and was quoted half the price and given a full walk through of the issues, what needed fixing and my options based on pricing options. Very poor experience.

We found the part used costs around $55–$59. The replacement would reasonably take 10–20 minutes, involving loosening two nuts. After making a complaint they have stopped returning calls.

After taking the time to organise and plan around this appointment, the response I received was simply, “do you want to cancel?” which doesn’t address the problem at all.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first issue I’ve experienced with Fallons, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend their service.

Believe everybody else who says these Fallon scumbags massively overcharge. Some months ago we got charged $1500 for a drain clearing that didn't take more than 1.5 hours. hire place like Coates or Kennards or the like for $130. Do a search for 'hire drain snake' and see what you can get. If you need to have a look in the drain first, you can buy a cheap 10m sewer pipe inspection camera for a couple hundred bucks on Aliexpress or Temu, then you can do that yourself too.
I see some of the responses from Fallon saying "Our price remains the same regardless of the time. We find our customers prefer this method to an hourly rate as it means there are no surprises later on and no need for customers to monitor the clock."
What garbage. Fallon knows that with the waterjet systems they use, most blockages are cleared probably within the hour. I think most people would accept $200 an hour for a normal job, and would understand if they had to pay more because the job took much longer, say if there were broken pipes etc.
No doubt Fallon will claim I'm not a real customer. I'm sure I can put up an anonymized scan of the invoice if someone wants to see it.

claimed he "didn't have time" to do the work. I was charged nearly $300 just for the quotes.
Day 2: Moved all the furniture again. The second technician arrived but wasn't qualified to perform the quoted work. While he was honest about his limitations and tried to fix the scheduling error with the office, I was now two days down and hundreds of dollars out of pocket for no results.
Day 3: For the third attempt, I scaled back and requested only one AC be serviced. The technician arrived and immediately made me feel awkward by pointing out my previous 1-star review. He remarked, "Let's see what we can do about a 5-star review," yet proceeded to do only the bare minimum—nothing to actually address the prior service failures.
The Breaking Point: After the third visit, I was invoiced for all three ACs despite only one being serviced. I had to call the office to dispute the charges for work that was never performed.
The Verdict: By the time I received the "correct" invoice, the total cost (including the initial Day 1 charge) amounted to the price of a decent quality new air conditioner—all just for a basic service and clean. Between the scheduling incompetence, the awkward confrontation regarding my review, and the billing "errors," I cannot recommend this service.

wanted a membership fee of $65 on top of $3,200 to repair a job that required repairing a leaky joint, vacuuming the the system and regassing. Total time to fix this job should take 30 mins. The extortion fee of $3,200 is day light robbery. A brand new 1.5kw system to install from scratch costs less than the fee Nick wanted to repair our unit.. Not happy with Fallon Solutions and we would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Needless to say we did NOT use Fallon Solutions for this repair.
