Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent and key details were mishandled, which undermined my confidence in the service provided. A broker is expected to offer expertise, accuracy, and reliable guidance — unfortunately, these expectations were not met in my experience. Based on the issues encountered, I would not recommend this broker to anyone seeking a transparent, competent, and dependable car loan service.

Terrible customer service. Waited 1 hour on hold before hanging up. Took 3-4 days for emails to be answered. Not helpful. Will pay off loan in 3 months as I do not want you to make money off this loan. Do not use this company.

Communication was great at the start and then as the loan process went on this dropped off. If communication had been better throughout the process I would have recommended them. Applying for a home loan is stressful and you shouldn’t be the ones following up the broker.

Easy process, staff stayed on top of things with regular updates. The most pleasing thing was good old fashioned common sense, something that's very hard to come by these days. I had a minor issue when the solar installation was delayed, this affected the finance approval expiration date, but thanks to some common sense i did not have to re-apply. Well done Parker Lane.
