charge it on old wallpaper backing and clean it out thorough before next use. I now don’t use anything else. I’m in the middle of redecorating my living room.

Didn't Work Out – Don't waste your money. I tried to paint the bathroom ceiling. The paint didn't come through, even though I kept rolling into a newspaper for a few minutes (as per instructions). used paint brushers instead, using less paint required than the Renovator. I bought at a recycle shop (Shoal Bay Dump) a board for $3 to lay over the bath so I can reach the ceiling, that was the best $3 I ever paid

does a job if you follow instructions – Good quality emulsion needs watered down a bit to come through the roller. Plus side good coverage and your paint goes further. However a word of CAUTION. light blue. I repeated to the process twice more, still turning the white emulsion light blue. It's a night mare to get all the COLOURED paint out. I would keep one roller for white and another for colours, otherwise there could be a problem. I like using it on the walls but I wasted half a can of white emulsion because I couldn't get it cleaned. I even washed it with Ariel laundry detergent. I've given up. I've bought another just for white only.

Impressed with the build quality of this product – Painted my kitchen with it. Worked well and lid did not pop off. I guess the others did not press it on properly. I think it a well designed product and loved using it. I notice a lot of poor reviews and that my be a selection of a lack of common sense in setting up and using it. Excellent. Have painted 4 houses with the roller. Best thing I ever bought – No more spills, no more splatter perfect, everyone needs this roller. Shortens the paint time in half. supergluing the cap then realised how would I take it off to clean up roller in honesty is so very good item but the cap keep popping off is is time wasting and annoying I'm sure you can come up with a better invention to keep the cap secure also paint lids starts to emerged also after a good few rolls

paint roller the first roll on the wall the top popped off and spilled paint all over the floor. I immediately threw it away. What a piece of garbage. On further inspection even the canister they included to pour the paint was worthless as it has no handle to hold. I would rate this a minus 5 stars if that were possible, but you have to give it at least one star for the review to be published. Please don't waste your money.

the handle - terrible quality. I wish I'd read some more reviews as this wasn't cheap - don't waste your money - get a tray and roller brush and do a decent job yourself. Even if you watch Youtube

fittings. At one point it fell off, and both caps came off. Fortunately this was close to the end of the job, so no major paint spillage. In the end, I unscrewed the poles, and used a stepladder to finish the job. On the plus side, it didn't drip paint, and it was easier than using a normal roller, as I wasn't constantly re-applying paint to it.

The most disappointing tool was the Edger. Trying to get started,I felt something snap and it became very wobbly. I am going to have to finish the edges with a brush, after applying masking tape to the edges - something advertised as no longer necessary. I still have the hallway, staircase, and landing to do, but will not be using this. Also, very difficult to clean.

Worst product – I tried this roller after my wife bought it and ran out of rollers for a job. It wouldn’t roll very well, very streaky and patchy. The opposite end to filling started leaking terribly, tried to fix, just kept leaking. Made a big mess, put it straight in the bin, found an old roller to finish the job. complete the job. Then last week I attempted to paint my conservatory and thought I would give it another go with a different type of very popular emulsion paint. Once again I followed all the correct procedures but ended up with the same result. In my opinion this item is not fit for purpose. Following our initial purchase of this item my 82 year old fit and active sister in law also purchased one of these which is still in the box unused so that’s twice this family has bought something which does not work. It’s not worth one star !

Paint Roller - Clever Paintbrush – Absolutely useless the paint from the Flock Edger only came out on the opposite side to the edge where was needed and the flock has ripped and is torn. The handle on the Edger when connected is loose so paint oozes out on the handle. Show details

Worst product ive ever bought!!! – First of all whilst trying to open the cap for the roller, half of it snapped off in my hand, after fixing that and starting again, it took ages for the paint to come through, thats when i thought nothing else could go wrong, the roller kept jamming and slid across the ceiling instead of rolling. Disappointed – Do a room in 20 minutes I don't think so. It's heavy when loaded, the finish patchy. Had to use roller and tray to put 2nd coat on. Only plus it has is that it doesn't drip or spray paint about. Took me twice as time as normal. Back to the roller for me. Waste of money. Show details

Easy to use for a beginner – Its great and easy to use. Best for the beginner as i really have no idea how to use the paint roller but this paint runner pro is really handy and easy to use loved it!!!

Not Bad a Product for the money you pay!! – I purchase it from TV shop and I understood that "you get what you pay for". It works fine but if the lid is not not closed properly they would be some leaks here and there.

One of the worst paint tool ever – Bought the roller brush after seeing it on TV and decided to try painting the interior of the house. Roller arrived after a week and started painting the following day, just after using the brush after 15 minutes the sponge on the roller gave away and became loose causing the paint to leak from its side.
