Fantastic Product for streamlining reviews & updating listings (google, apple, bing etc) – We operate 4 restaurants and responding to reviews in a timely manner is essential. Birdeye helps me to achieve this without constantly logging in and out of Google, Triip Advisor, FB etc which became too tedious. The ease makes it possible to respond to all review platforms quickly and the AI is great. I also love how it updates my google, bing, apple etc business details as i am yet to find any company that does this correctly as it is so labour-intensive. Birdeye's service is what sets them apart, Sanj has been wonderful, she follows up , is extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, and is so patient. Highly recommend!
