Auto renewal - no refund available – The service is cool. What I'm not happy about is being automatically subscribed to their service. Upon seeing the charge to my account, I asked for a refund. I have no used the service since being charged. They said "In regards to your concern, we are sincerely saddened to know that you wanted to cancel. I really loved to process a refund but I am afraid because as per policy and terms and conditions, all of our subscriptions are non-refundable since this transaction is auto renewal."

I do not wish to support companies that behave like this. This behaviour is predatory. I would recommend avoiding.
