Fresh is best

Love my Marcato pasta maker, from Fettucini to Ravioli I use it weekly and have no trouble, for the fifteen minutes it takes to make fresh pasta, I will never buy pre made again. Had a cheaper brand pasta maker first, threw it away as a waste of money. The ravioli attachement took only a little practice and am now loving whipping up my own ravioli fillings for a quick mid-week meal ( I make it on the weekend and freeze for through the week). Have now bought my daughter her own Marcato machine as well.
Solid, grips well to the bench, easy to use, looks good.
