The lumbercloud mattress has been great after a couple of weeks adjusting. Very happy with it. Good sleep and improved back.

HOWEVER the packaging is terrible.

The mattress comes in a cardboard box with metal plates and wheels which scratched our wooden floors badly.

We bought a king size which is 62kgs so the pressure on the floors was pretty extreme

If you live in Sydney, where a lot of us have wooden floors, I would recommend you remove the mattress from the box and carry in using the plastic wrapping inside.

We did not know this was there so were concerned that if we took it out of the box it would explode.

Sadly Origin failed to reply to my email informing them of this - I was merely asking for an acknowledgment of the issue and a commitment to resolve it. (Although I have noticed that the wheels have been removed in some of their advertising).
