Ordering was easy, however delivery and communication was very disappointing. A week after ordering I followed up when the delivery would be expected; it was very hard to get an answer as I could only speak to someone (a different person each time, and obviously off shore,) via email which was frustrating. My delivery ended up lost. Eventually it turned up a few days later. Mattress is disappointing. Not as comfortable as I had hoped....however, probably my personal expectations/preferences.

Edited to add: Origin Mattress asked if they could look into my concerns before I submitted the review. I gave them the opportunity. I gave them the details they were seeking, and they did not respond. Again, disappointing. I initially gave them a 2 star review, after my latest 'interaction' I revised to a 1 star review. I do not recommend.
