I love this pasta machine, everything about it is solid and well made. DON'T WASH THE MACHINE!!!! If you immerse it in water it will most likely rust, I was advised by a chef not to wash it but to wipe it down with a damp cloth and brush the blades etc with a pastry brush, when clean add some more flour and store.
I have found if my dough wont bond, I run it through on the highest setting it will soon be ready to use.
Simple to use, everything is very straight forward to clip on and attach. Heavy well made machine, nothing rattles or jiggles like some other machines.
The ravioli attachment only uses a tiny amount of filling and it a bit fiddly to clean. The clamp can get a bit rickety if using it for a long period of time..
