just stops working. I have a new iPhone, so it’s not that. It also frequently won’t connect to Bluetooth, and I have to delete the app and reload it to get it to work. If I try to listen to music or a podcast while relaxing and using the FOREO, it will stop working (either it won’t connect OR it stops the music). All in all, there’s been no wrinkle reduction or skin tightening, but it does make my face feel nice and moisturised and is refreshing. I would recommend buying one that does not rely on an app for use (the ads get annoying too). The setting options are good as in the different intensity options. But the 5 minute auto off limit is annoying because if I want to change from my face to my neck I have to ‘restart’ as it switches off after 5 mins. All in all I want to love it, but would not recommend.
