not up to them to "agree") The replacement gives me constant electric shocks. We are talking next level pain here - like unusable level of pain. For $359 I expect better. At this point I want a refund because I am so unhappy with the product. This doesn't even take into account you have to link the product to your phone through their app to even use it!
