approx 10 days ago, found out that it was no longer supported and a vast majority of the features that were available were no longer. Contacted owlet and was advised to just purchase a new one as the older one was no longer in warranty, (sensor no longer working and despite bub less than 18 months old weighing less than the weight advertised and stamped on the sock) and had been superseded by the dream sock. Was advised to purchase the upgraded dream sock. It's rather convenient this stops working annually when a new sock or rebranded sock is introduced. Beware you cannot buy or get replaced any socks or sensors. This is an expensive purchase and should not stop working so quickly. Worse still, is the smart sock was still being sold for this price in 2025 despite being superseded by the dream sock. I’m pissed off. I'll be taking this to consumer affairs in Victoria, Australia.

many issues with this camera it’s just not worth it, now I’ve got to save up to buy a different camera! Hoping I can save someone the trouble of buying one, don’t do it put the money towards a good one so you won’t be paying out twice! It’s very unreliable which makes it so stressful when you’re trying to monitor your baby and make sure they are ok. But takes 30-60 plus minutes to turn it on and get a picture, like you have spare time to mess around with a camera?! It turns itself off and on again continuously with a bright light… mostly at night when your baby is sleeping… which then wakes them up more, as if you’re not up enough already. That’s when it actually does turn on and work and lets you use it as a monitor… It’s very difficult to set up and even when you have it set up continuous problems and stress! Image qualify also not good, and the temperature part of it never works…. Only worked the first few weeks then nothing… Just Very disappointed in this camera and also the “customer service” Wish I would have read the reviews first before purchasing….
