0 stars… So disappointed in this camera and also the customer service don’t help, once they have taken your money they don’t care. Been having so many issues with this camera it’s just not worth it, now I’ve got to save up to buy a different camera! Hoping I can save someone the trouble of buying one, don’t do it put the money towards a good one so you won’t be paying out twice! It’s very unreliable which makes it so stressful when you’re trying to monitor your baby and make sure they are ok. But takes 30-60 plus minutes to turn it on and get a picture, like you have spare time to mess around with a camera?! It turns itself off and on again continuously with a bright light… mostly at night when your baby is sleeping… which then wakes them up more, as if you’re not up enough already. That’s when it actually does turn on and work and lets you use it as a monitor… It’s very difficult to set up and even when you have it set up continuous problems and stress! Image qualify also not good, and the temperature part of it never works…. Only worked the first few weeks then nothing… Just Very disappointed in this camera and also the “customer service” Wish I would have read the reviews first before purchasing….

I have tried contacting “customer service” I gave them my receipt for purchase and different screen shots they requested. I spoke to my internet company and no issues as only on 2.4ghz on my plan! I’ve removed the camera and reconnected it multiple times… still the same!
Which with the camera only being purchased in June - not even that old! I’ve had these issues for months and it’s just got worse to now I don’t have a camera as barely will turn on….

I did reply to the last email I got, then the support ticket got closed. I then got an are you satisfied with your outcome email…. And I said no I’m not! And nothing….
I have no emails in my inbox or junk or spam…. Will wait and see!
Amazing product, assists me to see little one remotely while attending to other household tasks. Amazing company that provide excellent customer service, dealt with Alesha who was attentive and supported me when I had issues. Truly a 5 star product and company.

Unreliable. Loses connection. Video lag severe or doesn’t update at all – Unreliable. Have “used” for 18months, but now baby is going into their own room I’m forced to purchase another monitor that actually works. Read the bad reviews before buying, but thought it was buyer IT naivety. I was wrong, it is simply a terrible product. Frequently loses connection. Forces you to register over & over again with an incredibly frustrating process of a QR code that can never be detected by the cam (and no way around this!), to only then fail or it has incorrectly removed the device from your app. If it does work, the video does not update unless I close & reopen the app altogether. The audio is better, with a delay of a few seconds, but unreliable as often doesn’t come through at all. Also, often if you’re using your phone on a call or in another app, it won’t work (even on correct ‘background’ settings). Baffles as to how they can sell this. Have wasted countless hours (I don’t have to spare as a parent!) trying to get it to work.

The issues you’ve mentioned, long start-up times, restarting behaviour, light activation, image quality concerns and temperature readings stopping, are not normal behaviour. In most cases these can be resolved through targeted troubleshooting or, if required, a replacement under warranty.
