was great, especially from Daniel Crisford who was able to give me heaps of advise regarding my comparisons. Daniel spent a good half hour or so going over the BBQ its positives over the competitors I mentioned (Beefeater, WEBER and Napoleon)

We seasoned the plate and the grill as per instructions and are finding we only have to cook on low as it really does throw out the heat and is very even across the whole surface of the plate.

The BBQ has been great we've had Spice rubbed chicken and had a couple of butterflied Lamb Legs, one done Greek and the other Moroccan. We will be using the Grill for the first time this week doing some steaks. Very great cook succulent and still juicy. I'm really looking forward to using the Charcoal Tray and Rotisserie as well and will keep you updated.

Again I'm really happy so far with the BBQ and look forward to many cooks.

start with sales staff then offloaded to outdoor kitchen staff and then back again to sales. None of them communicate with each other and every single little thing takes weeks for them to respond. Ongoing issues with missed details or had incorrect information. We raised concerns with management and were told they are busy, sorry we feel that way. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother, it’s way too hard and too much effort to spend money with them.

LOT of rain inside the hood because the air vents are poorly designed.

This is not mentioned in the manual and now we have to spend $1000 redoing the waterproofing of the bench so it doesn’t buckle overtime from the water ingress. I see from other reviews that this design fault means the igniters will due regularly.

Don’t get this product unless you’re prepared to buy and use the ugly cover.
