Great for smell...but dust is a serious issue – We use to use crystals (great for odour control) but wanting to be more environmentally & cat friendly we were trying different litters. We tried a… Read more

walnut based one but the dark granules looked awful tracking across the pale floor. This corn based litter, although dusty (when pouring and litter tray cleaning) has been great for odour control and we’ve been using it for a while. Although it does track a little, it’s not as much as the walnut one and doesn’t hurt like the crystals. Yesterday we adopted a 2nd cat and while sitting in the room with her she used the litter tray, hopped out and started a coughing fit. All of a sudden (lightbulb moment), we realised this has been the issue for our first cat. She has been having coughing fits (assumed by us and the vet to be allergies) that has only cropped up in the past 9months. I’m now on the hunt for yet another type of genuinely dust free litter.

This is an excellent product and I'm disappointed that it has been discontinued. The odour control outstanding, no urine odour! Clumped very well, so… Read more

estimating my cats daily urine output was easy as was clean up. Outlasted other litters, so also economical. Now to source a product to match it.

move one! Clumping of the fine material around the waste to hide the smell completely makes it easier to remove. 10/10 Rufus & Coco Zero Odour Natural Cat Litter!

(We used to use the 'footpath gravel' litters - not only did they make a mess out of the tray when our cat was scrabbling (the fine grains of the Rufus & Coco are barely noticeable), they didn't hide the smells at all! Made you wonder how you put up with them).

Clumps of custard – I thought this litter would be good and it does clump however the clump is like custard - it is so hard to scoop out. I do not know how it could last… Read more

for 4 weeks with just top ups unless you were using it in a tea cup. It does not help with odour control - I can still smell the ammonia smell from the urine
