speeds right from install like it was out of balance. Thankfully Eglo support did the right thing and after I provided evidence they arranged for a replacement motor and covered the cost of the electrician to fit it, and that completely resolved the issue. Thank you Eglo, you did the right thing and just turned a 1 star review into a 5 star review. I would not hesitate to recommend, thank you.

timer. They are only just sufficient for a 9sqm room and while DC fans are generally very quiet, I'm disappointed that in both fans there is a whining noise on Speed 4 (1, 2, 3 and 5 are ok). As the 2 rooms are only used occasionally and kids might not even be bothered by it, I'll put up with it but adults sleeping in the rooms every night might not be happy.
