Great cooktop - looks good and high powered wok burner – We purchased this for the property we rented after the landlord agreed to pay for the install if we provided the cooktop. We chose this to match the… Read more

oven as we bought that first. Cooktop looks and works great, matching the oven design well too. The wok burner is high powered and the controls being under the glass is great when cleaning as they can't be rubbed off.

From my builder I actually "upgraded" to this cooktop. After using it for few months I found following issues: 1. It is not exactly 90cm, it is… Read more

actually somewhere around 85cm. So, if you have big pots to cook in, you may feel the size limitation. 2. The metal sheet under the flames gets hot easily. We hear a big bang when it cools down after a cooking and burners are off. It is hard to reproduce specially when warranty guys are around. So there is nothing you can do once it is installed. 3. The knobs are too close to the burners. So, they get really hot when you cook for some time. I believe they catch heat from the pots as the flames spread under them. Again, this is something you cannot reproduce in front of warranty guys as they don't have much time. Even if you somehow do (like turn on the flame 20 minutes before they come), they can't do anything except saying use different pots or some practices to keep the knobs far from "flame spread heat" as much as possible. 4. The provided extra knobs were smaller than the original one on the cooktop. I realized that when one knob got loose, and we had to replace it. We had to replace all five because of the size.

I was not expecting such issues with an upgraded cooktop from a nice brand like InAlto. Very disappointed.
