first time I use it, sounds like I am cooking in a kitchen with a cicada stuck in the cupboard. Very annoying. also if you set one side at say 1600 and try to use the other element, it automatically lowers the heat of the first one so really no point in having a second element. Maybe just for low heating up. Then try and tell the company soga, that you want to return it. OMNG!! what a drama. I am still dealing with them as I write this. Do yourself a favour stick with the Kambrook ceramic twin portable cooker. Amazing at half the price and super silent, just as fast cooking.
