Why is it so hard to provide decent instructions? Why do you have to go to YouTube to find out from others how your new appliance works?

sprays sideways. I contacted Bosch and they don't care that they are selling dangerous and poor quality goods. I've been buying Bosch for over 40 years and this is the second Bosch failure this year. No more Bosch for me.
