lasted 2-3 years. Of course the black paint on the cooking plate gradually wore off but by keeping the surface oiled we had no problems.
We bought this early this year and the thick black paint on the plate started peeling immediately and now looks awful - it's horribly rusted where big 'scabs' have lifted off and oiling hardly makes any difference. This one is going to the dump.
