that the 12 month warranty does not exist unless purchased directly from their store. If you but from another seller they do not offer any warranty for a product they make and manufacturer. Pity this was not told to me when I purchased this item.

Don't waste your money with this future landfil – This is a very ineffective product. I have used the Dyson version, which was okay, but this is terrible, it has no suction at all. Trying to get a refund was impossible too. Don't waste your money!

would be a better option, and it sounded ideal for travel, i.e. two in one, to get the sleek bob that I prefer - turned under. Unfortunately this brush does not work for me - lots of frizz and kinks - no matter how hard I try. It’s not particularly user friendly, as disconnecting and connecting brush can be difficult, as brush keeps coming off! Sorry Bondi Boost - this time a loser!
