Downside - I find the belt clip to be too tight to be able to use it as a belt clip - I just cannot get it on the belt (or pocket).
I actually own a second tool of the same model which stopped working. It was sent for repair and when it came back the work light was not working so had to be sent off again. About six weeks before the full working tool was back in my possession. Apart from paying $50, the tool was repaired as a warranty repair.
