Now claiming the system is over 10 years old, so they wouldn’t cover it. The retention team offered to escalate the issue but warned us not to expect a positive outcome. It was only to notify the claims department that they hadn’t handled things properly. Save your time and money...this company is a waste of both. Absolute scammers!!!
