I've been a huge fan of OSIM – The OSIM uThrone is a very comfortable gaming chair with 4 colour options. It is easy to put together and the company is pretty good when it comes to… Read more

warranty. I had issues in which my chair didn't turn on and they sent out an electrician until the issue was solved.

The chair has V - Hand Technology, the rollers roll along your neck & shoulder contour which helps relief tight neck and shoulders. It also rolls all the way down to the hip and butt. It is so comfortable, a lot of friends and family have fell asleep during the massage.

The control panel is concealed which is a good design.

The chair also has an easy Bluetooth connection. The sound quality is decent.

The chair reclines 145 degrees and the size of the chair is decent. I feel it's big for me as I'm petit. We've had family and friends come over and test it, they all enjoyed it alot.

The quality of the material seems good as we've had it for a while now and it still looks new.

We bought it during mother's day sale and it's on sale again for Black Friday. The price hasn't dropped so I felt like it was a good purchase.

We've had this chair for nearly 4yrs, and it has become part of our daily wellness routine. I particularly enjoy the stretching function, which helps after long hours of driving and working.

We've owned OSIM chairs since 2018. Our first one was the uLove 2, then we upgraded to the uLove 3 mainly because of the 4-hand massage feature. We… Read more

weren't really planning to upgrade again, but last month we walked past the Market City store and saw the new uDream on display. After trying it in-store, I could immediately feel the difference compared to our uLove 3. The massage feels much more targeted and seems to adjust better to different parts of the body. We've had it at home for about four weeks now. The first week was a bit frustrating because there are a lot more functions than our previous chair and we're not very tech-savvy. I had to call the sales consultant a few times to work out some of the settings, and sometimes they were busy, so it took a while to get the answers I needed. Once we got used to it, though, everything became much easier. The chair is now used almost every day by different family members. It's definitely not a cheap purchase, and we spent quite a while deciding whether it was worth upgrading again. What convinced us wasn't the brand loyalty, but the actual difference we felt during the trial. Having owned both the uLove 2 and uLove 3, I can honestly say the uDream feels like a noticeable improvement. After four weeks of use, we're happy with the decision.
