Osim uDream Pro Well-Being Chair

We've owned OSIM chairs since 2018. Our first one was the uLove 2, then we upgraded to the uLove 3 mainly because of the 4-hand massage feature. We weren't really planning to upgrade again, but last month we walked past the Market City store and saw the new uDream on display. After trying it in-store, I could immediately feel the difference compared to our uLove 3. The massage feels much more targeted and seems to adjust better to different parts of the body. We've had it at home for about four weeks now. The first week was a bit frustrating because there are a lot more functions than our previous chair and we're not very tech-savvy. I had to call the sales consultant a few times to work out some of the settings, and sometimes they were busy, so it took a while to get the answers I needed. Once we got used to it, though, everything became much easier. The chair is now used almost every day by different family members. It's definitely not a cheap purchase, and we spent quite a while deciding whether it was worth upgrading again. What convinced us wasn't the brand loyalty, but the actual difference we felt during the trial. Having owned both the uLove 2 and uLove 3, I can honestly say the uDream feels like a noticeable improvement. After four weeks of use, we're happy with the decision.

waste of $ for Osim Chair--worst chair ever – I got my Udream on 2022---$14880, I really think it can last 3-5 years, but until now it had been broken down for 4 times already, every time it needed to wait 2- 3 weeks before someone come to repair. now it had broken again, but the warranty just finished, they said there can only buy once extent warranty. God knows how much will cost. Last time I asked the repair service guy, why the new chair was so easy to break. He told me not to use everyday and don't use it over 30 mins. then I ask him how about the one in the store that get use every day and every hour, he just shut up.
