Would not waste your money. Customer service is non-existent if outside the 1 year warranty period. Suggested tips did not address the problem raised (and shown in a video). Responded after 3 weeks. Keep your money or perhaps try a cheaper version.

have used it for the last 5 days and everything that is advertised is accurate, the unit turns itself off after 30 minutes and leaves your legs and feet buzzing. My legs & feet feel light as though i have had a really good massage, the machine is not noisy (which was probably the reason i hesitated buying it). The only thing i can't attest to is the longevity of the machine. I love it and have definitely recommended it to my friends and family.

BUT a very small, "hook" like thingy (that claws back and forth like a finger with a long nail) is the only thing that massages the whole heel. Weird and irritating! There are other foot massages on Amazon and ebay that get much better, raving reviews. Should have listened! I can't recommend this one.

even fit around the top of my foot to hold it on. When I tried to return the product, they offered me various amounts of a refund over numerous emails and I just kept saying I wanted a full refund. They eventually wore me down and offered a 40% refund and I didn’t have to mail the shoddy product back, so I accepted. They said to give them 7-12 working days for the refund to appear in my account and it has never appeared. I lost $119 for a shoddy $5 item. They are a total sham company. Please stay away from them. I wish I had looked up reviews before purchasing.

It dosnt matter what size foot you have it is too painful for anyone to use , defiantly not what it is advertised to be. do not buy or use this machine just get someone to drive over your foot , it feels about the same . with water to the minimum level - I went maximum and had water everywhere! Rollers for the feet are uncomfortable and pointless. Reviews for this product on their website were positive and for the life of me I cannot see why!
