mattress was made and delivered. Unfortunately this proved too soft. I contacted Jonathon again, he did not hesitate to replace it, for a firmer one. I was kept up to date regards delivery time, and everything I needed to know regards this. This company has the most stellar customer service out of any company I have ever dealt with, at every level all communication was honest, courteous, polite, friendly and just amazing, I highly recommend Microcloud, not only for the mattresses but the outstanding quality customer service.
