been terrible. After waiting weeks for them to ship a replacement part, suddenly they have said they don't have the part. Zero offer of any further solutions for their faulty product that doesn't work, they no longer have a phone line and emails don't get a response.

Symbols (See Photo) do not specify in the manual or on the websites about using them and what to use them for? I am assuming one is for Rice or Porridge; one for steaming vegies? one for boiling eggs? *Stainless Steel Bowl leaves food stains despite soaking it in bicarb soda or even when washed in the hot dishwasher. *It is super quiet & light to carry unlike other noisy & bulky pressure cookers. *Great for quick curries, stews & one pot pasta & rice dishes with meat.
