I dont like teflon coated pots and this is stainless which I am not afraid to scrub with steel wool if needed. The built in fry function is great. Burn notices are less common with my instant pot, have not had one yet. This is also wide rather than tall which makes frying the onions at the start much easier. There are no loose parts to fall off. The 3 litre model is still perfect but rarely used now. Love this thing. It is also has a easier to clean lid than my other brand

I am assuming one is for Rice or Porridge; one for steaming vegies? one for boiling eggs? *Stainless Steel Bowl leaves food stains despite soaking it in bicarb soda or even when washed in the hot dishwasher. *It is super quiet & light to carry unlike other noisy & bulky pressure cookers. *Great for quick curries, stews & one pot pasta & rice dishes with meat.
