getting worse each time I use it. Apparently it’s a known issue to ninja, I did contact them and they offered to replace vessel, but then sent another email to say, they wouldn’t replace it for discolouring. 2 emails with conflicting information very disappointing as I do know they have been replacing them, They need to put a warning that coloured drinks / fruit stain the vessel.

and absolutely love it, so getting the Max seemed like a no-brainer; especially for entertaining, as I could make two flavours in one night.
Unfortunately, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment. From the very first batch, it was obvious that this machine is extremely loud, so loud that you can’t comfortably have a conversation in the same room while it’s running. We ended up having to move it to another room, which is completely impractical when hosting guests.
We raised this with Ninja, and as a long-time customer with several of their products, I’m really disappointed in the after-sales support we received.
Overall, I would think twice before purchasing this appliance.
