Ninja SLUSHi Max Smart Frozen Drink Maker FS605BL

My sister and I were so excited to upgrade to the Ninja SLUSHi Max Smart Frozen Drink Maker. I’ve had the original since it first came to Australia and absolutely love it, so getting the Max seemed like a no-brainer; especially for entertaining, as I could make two flavours in one night.

Unfortunately, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment. From the very first batch, it was obvious that this machine is extremely loud, so loud that you can’t comfortably have a conversation in the same room while it’s running. We ended up having to move it to another room, which is completely impractical when hosting guests.

We raised this with Ninja, and as a long-time customer with several of their products, I’m really disappointed in the after-sales support we received.

Overall, I would think twice before purchasing this appliance.
