it was delivered promptly (within less than 48 hours). For the price, it's certainly much better than the old thing we had here. It's functions are basic. Not a lot of detail on the temperature knob (ie. nothing between 150 and 200C) but you can estimate I guess. Made a roast in it last night. No problems after we got the initial plastic smell out that they warn you about in the manual. The best reviews are the ones that come a year or two or ten after purchasing an item so stay tuned and we'll update this if it turns out not to last long, but as an entry-level oven, it looks the part. Oh, and it's SUPER QUIET when it runs! So quiet compared to our old one we had to check it was really on. :D
