it only partially worked, but it was the fault of the electrician. I raised a complaint, and the owner of Domain appliances telephoned me and explained nicely that I should check the wiring as it was quite common that electricians get it wrong (I can't see why, instructions are clear enough). Fortunately it didn't blow the unit, and wife is very happy "its so quick" she says. The unit was a great price too. It is really nice to be able to speak to a real person when there is an issue!
