any update on the same.

I have also raised a cancellation ticket through your website however, there is no communication from the company on that. When a customer wants to see the ticket, they are unable to log in.

Today on 15 April 2026, its 2 and a half months, and it has been so long since I have placed the order without any communication/response from the company. And now, in spite of trying to reach the company through the call centre, and separately raising the ticket, there is no response.

2. Moebot trades under different names like Robotmylife, moebot, etc.

3. They do not provide the invoice of the spare parts purchased. A customer can only see the order details.

4. The website does not show their office address.

5. The customer care consists of a robot who replies, no human interaction.

reply, no updates on repairs. This is a $4000 lawn mower faulty after 10 months of use. Purchase a big brand name instead of from this company because once you need after sales service you’ll be screwed.
