completely, making the handle impossible to pull out and push back. I emailed Samsonite, and was asked to complete a form and submit pictures (I said I could not find the original receipt, but indicated it was within the last 10 years). A week or so later, a new handle and internal frame arrived, which I was able to fit in about 10 minutes, and all is well. I notice that the new internal struts are reinforced at the mid sections. In my case (pardon the pun) a positive experience. I see from other reviews that there are mixed responses. Is there some inconsistency as to what is covered by warranty (10 years, as indicated in the product information) compared to what is wear and tear? And was my purchase date found using the Identification Label attached to the inner lining and on the warranty card? Thanks again for your prompt attention.
