my credit card details via their sms portal reminder "to make payment easier on the day" the night before my appointment. No probs .... My appt was for 9-9.30am ... 10.30am still no show and not even a courtesy call that the tech is running late. I waited to 10.45am ... then I called G2U to cancel the visit. The consultant stated it was going to cost me the cancellation fee as it is within the 24 hour penalty charge ... I repeated again, actually 3 times, my cancellation is due to the tech not showing up. She was " kind to offer me 50% off the cancellation penalty fee " ... lol I stated my situation again ... 4th time and she decided this time only, will they waiver the cancellation fee ... just this time.

Okay, because I am not going back again to use their service ... very poor and disappointed as I was looking for a solution to my laptop problem.

Data Recovery specialists. I rang both companies. Both were professional and polite, but Payam Data Recovery (Brisbane) were also kind and had a very personalised approach. We were put in contact with Scott the amazing Data Recovery Technician who was very reassuring and really seemed to care about our situation. All communication (on the phone, in person and via email) was clear and effective. We were kept up to date at all times and our data was returned to us (yay) in an efficient timeframe. or $45.00 per quarter hour they are certainly no brain surgeons, thieves more like it. I initially sought help with a couple of taskbar icon issues which were subsequently ignored and the technician insisted I needed a backup program installed and then installed it to back up on a connected SSD which 24 hours later was still trying to back up but was showing errors. I re contacted BuzzAGeek and a different technician spent ages trying to sort it, I said I did'nt want the installed program in the first place, I have a NERO backup program which is obviously far better than the Windows 7 program they installed on my Windows 11 laptop. To cut this short I was charged initially on 5/5/26 $152.75 for the program that never worked which should have been covered by warranty and a further $165.55 on 20/6/26 for them to try to get their program to work unsuccessfully. I myself managed to get the program to work by changing the backup to a Hard Disc Drive from a Solid State Drive. They obviously do not know the difference. I have contacted BuzzAGeek challenging their charges to no avail. Incompetent thieves. $318.30 fee for nothing note the first thing they want before any service is your Credit Card details. Be warned.

support once I asked for a refund I'm at my fourth follow up email to their feedback email ignored & not responded to.

They charge exactly the same as Apple do for a geniune battery replacement so go with them.

Had my iPhone 14 pro screen replaced at mkc repairs it was super fast, professional, and the phone looks brand new. Overall great service and fair pricing. Highly recommend.
