getting this lip balm. When ever I’ve had issues with dry lips I would just apply my Nivea one with cracks lips and persevere with the problem, I feel like on the first day after but this amazing product, I will never turn back and get anything other than this lip balm. My lips aren’t hurting like they normally do. I can apply it every 2 hours I can already feel my lips being repaired by the ingredients in this lip balm. Thanks for your amazing lip balm. I highly recommend it.

ridiculously difficult to open. Last night it took me a half hour to get a new one open. The manufacturer is very well aware of the difficulties consumers have with the packaging. Try doing an online search and autofill will come up with "how to open" and "People also ask: how to open Burt's Bees." There are whole Facebook threads dedicated to the subject. Despite that they haven't improved the packaging.
