levels, nothing, zero suction. I then put the oval head on, it worked well, even gave small love bites.

Be sure to clear pores, scrub, steam first, then gently suction.

The instruction manual isn't clear on function of heads.

Once again I can't review on Kmart site as I purchased in store, please rectify this Kmart.
