It lasts all day (it really does), it's not greasy, does not run off my face, is thick enough to cover my freckles and the odd pimple, and allows other make up (e.g. blush) to sit on top nicely. Ive tried other foundation over the decades and I don't bother going to any other product. Its not the cheapest on the market at around $27 (from Kmart) but I don't care, I don't want them change the product and make it inferior, just for the sake of making it cheaper. As an online-only store without physical testers, I expected a product that performs as advertised and a customer support team willing to help if it doesn't.

The formula completely failed on my skin. Despite applying it to a clean face over standard moisturizer and sunscreen, the BB cream pilled instantly, leaving a dirty film like dust or lint. I use several foundation brands over the exact same daily skincare routine with zero issues. When I contacted customer service, their immediate response was to suggest using different underlying products or imply "user error" regarding oil vs. water bases.

When I requested a return or refund, they hid behind their "no returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons" policy, offering only a shade exchange through their "Shade Match Guarantee." A shade swap does not fix a formula that physically balls up and peels off the skin.

The experience on their website and ads is vastly different from reality. Offering no actual solution for a product that fails under standard use is poor customer care. Save your money.

when placing my order, and that I would never intentionally select “Surprise Me” as I am intolerant of vanilla. Despite this, the company has been adamant that I selected the “Surprise Me” option and has been unwilling to consider that there may have been an issue with the ordering system.

What has disappointed me most is the complete lack of willingness to find a reasonable solution. I have been told I will need to pay $10 to return the products and another $10 to have the replacement products sent to me — a $20 cost to exchange products I have repeatedly explained I did not intentionally order.

I would have appreciated some accountability, understanding, or even an attempt to meet somewhere in the middle. Instead, the entire responsibility has been placed back on me as the customer, with no willingness to negotiate.

I genuinely could not be more let down by how this has been handled. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not engage with this company again and would not recommend them to friends or family.

It’s not the $20 that has ultimately disappointed me — it’s the way the situation has been handled and the complete lack of willingness to listen to the customer.

severe eye irritation and redness, which later turned into an eye infection. My eyes became swollen and itchy, and I had to stop using the product immediately.

Not only did it cause discomfort, but I also saw no noticeable improvement in my lashes. If anything, my lashes felt more brittle than before. The formula also left a sticky residue on my lash line, making my eyes feel heavy and uncomfortable.

For the price, I expected a safe and effective product, but instead, I ended up with irritated eyes and wasted money. I do not recommend this product at all! If you have sensitive eyes, stay far away from this!
