promotion. Right after I received it , another promotion came with extra gifts available. I emailed to ask for the extra gifts given the fact that I can simply return and replace the order, but I did not want to as this is a total waste of my time. The CS simply say the promotion falls under different periods by ignoring the fact that it could post a higher cost for both the business and the customer. Stupid ever business. Don’t waste time with this company directly, go for other merchants which have much better CS. The Australia team is only capable of wholesale but not retail.
