Pod quality is abysmal, they seem to burn out very quickly, with a nasty burnt fabric taste and smell. - Their warranty/claims process is horrible. Put in a claim for burnt out pods on February, they didn't reply until July (Good job Scott). - There are other pod and non-pod options available which are cheaper than this overpriced rubbish and just work.
