Neutrog Popul8 – Our home is on an acre in mid North SA surrounded by farm land and is quite exposed and also constantly subject to insect attacks. We have recently… Read more
started using Neutrog Popul8. I cannot believe it's effect on the plants! We have plants that have struggled in the environment for some years, and when given a dose of Popul8 have just taken off! Plants have doubled in size within a matter of days. I have never had so many strawberries and plants that have never flowered are finally doing so. It's not just in the garden but in the pots. It has given me so much encouragement and I cannot recommend it or neutrog products enough. Thank you Neutrog!
Absolute Wonder Juice!! – I was sceptical that it could be any better or different to the different seaweed liquid feeds on the shelf of Bunnings but bought it as I - a newbie… Read more
gardener- was working my way through different products to see what works best for my established garden of roses, bulbs and my brand spanking new COL-busting (in theory!) veggie garden. At just under $16 for a litre, it was price competitive as well, so why not?
To say I’m gobsmacked is to put it mildly. My roses (already regularly fed with Neutrog’s Sudden Impact for Roses) are this year lush and luxuriant to an extent I’ve never seen before, my tub of struggling strawberries are now green and flowering. All the plants that I’d tipped a little diluted GoGo on have perked up.
This is my go to now. No need to try any other. I’m an absolute fan of this made in Australia and Australia-owned plant tonic. Stopping now, my gushing is embarrassing me.
PS: The bottle states that it’s a live culture, so store it somewhere cool to keep the good bacteria alive.
5 Star Gold Label soil – Product was almost $120/m2. Listed that it contains sand, organic matter and fertilizer. Sadly it had large chunks of clay and rocks. I expected a first class product but I'll try another supplier next time.
Stones sold as mushroom compost – I have used this mushroom compost for a while, and initially found it to be OK.But over time, I have been finding an increasing number of stones in… Read more
the mix.Recently, I found around one fifth of a bucket of small stones, plus a rock which weighed 1.5kg! So, needless to say I shall not be purchasing this product again. As stones do not have anything to do with mushroom compost they must be using them to keep up the supply to Bunnings.Pretty disgraceful way to run a business.
this mulch looks good in my garden but it is absolutely useless in stopping weeds I purchased 20 bags of it which was a complete waste of money which is even harder as I m on a disability pension
complete waste of my time and money – I decided to build a new garden and refresh a couple of new ones so I bought 12 bags from bunnings. The black colour was gone after one day of rain.… Read more
the previous mulch is still black but the new bags are now brown and have destroyed the design and effect. I am very unhappy. Hopefully, the images show the loss of colour and the difference between new and old. sadly the bunnings review process is broken so I can't post this purchase warning where people may buy it. This is from the bunnings website "Pinegro's Black Cypress mulch is ideal for all garden types, providing long-lasting colour." this is simply not true
