cause issues when walking on the floor have contact the company we purchased from and they have done nothing about our problems it has been 18 months since we contacted them and no Rep has called in to have a look at the issue we have. The product is not fit for purpose as a floor board substitute on a concrete slab without an additional membrane I have personally laid this floor in 3 other bedrooms with no issue but put a membrane down first.
